1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using passionatepoodles.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

2. About Passionate Poodles

Passionate Poodles is a family-run Toy Poodle breeding program located in Conestoga, Pennsylvania. This website provides information about our breeding program, available and upcoming puppies, adoption process, health guarantee, waitlist, and related services.

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated as our program, litters, and availability change.

3. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse our forms, attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems, interfere with website operation, submit false or misleading information, or use site content in a way that infringes the rights of Passionate Poodles or others.

4. Puppy Listings, Availability & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to keep puppy listings, litter information, availability, parent information, dates, and pricing accurate and current.

Because puppies are living animals and breeding plans can change, information including availability, expected birth dates, go-home dates, litter size, color, size, and other characteristics may change without notice.

A puppy listing, upcoming litter listing, waitlist position, inquiry, or application does not guarantee that a particular puppy will be available to you.

Final puppy details and pricing will be confirmed directly with you before a reservation is accepted.

5. Applications & Waitlist

Submitting an application, inquiry, or waitlist form does not create a purchase agreement, reserve a puppy, or guarantee placement.

Passionate Poodles reviews prospective homes individually and may contact applicants for additional information before moving forward.

We reserve the right to decline a placement when we believe it is not the appropriate fit for the puppy or prospective home.

6. Reservations, Deposits & Payment

Passionate Poodles does not currently collect puppy payments through this website.

Once a puppy placement has been approved and confirmed directly with you, a $500 deposit reserves the puppy.

The deposit is applied toward the puppy's total purchase price.

If the buyer chooses not to complete the purchase, the deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

If Passionate Poodles is unable to provide the puppy that was reserved, the deposit will be refunded.

The remaining balance is due on or before the puppy's scheduled pickup date unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

A deposit does not transfer ownership of a puppy. Ownership transfers according to the terms of the puppy purchase agreement completed at pickup.

7. Puppy Contract & Health Guarantee

Each puppy purchase is subject to the written agreements provided by Passionate Poodles, including the applicable puppy purchase contract and 2-Year Genetic Health Guarantee.

Those documents contain the complete terms governing the individual puppy purchase, health coverage, buyer responsibilities, exclusions, and available remedies.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed puppy purchase agreement or health guarantee, the signed agreement will control with respect to that puppy purchase.

Nothing in these website Terms is intended to waive or limit rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable Pennsylvania law.

8. Veterinary Care & Health Information

Information on this website regarding vaccinations, veterinary examinations, health testing, genetic testing, parent certifications, or other health-related matters reflects the information available to Passionate Poodles at the time it is published.

Specific testing, registration, and certification information may vary by parent dog and litter.

Website content is not veterinary advice and should not replace care or recommendations from a licensed veterinarian.

9. Registration & Pedigree Information

Registration status, pedigree information, health certifications, and other credentials vary by dog.

Where a puppy is represented as eligible for registration, the applicable registration information and documentation will be provided in accordance with the puppy purchase agreement and applicable requirements.

We do not represent that every breeding dog or puppy holds the same registrations, certifications, or pedigree credentials.

10. Pickup & Transportation

Puppies are generally picked up in person in Conestoga, Pennsylvania.

If third-party transportation is arranged, availability, cost, timing, and responsibility for that service will be discussed separately.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Passionate Poodles is not the transportation carrier and is not responsible for delays or circumstances caused by an independent transportation provider.

11. Website Photos, Text & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, the text, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, and other original content on this website belong to Passionate Poodles or are used with permission.

You may view and share links to our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Site content may not be copied, republished, sold, or used commercially without prior permission.

12. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may link to or reference third-party services, websites, products, insurance providers, registries, veterinary resources, or other businesses.

Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms and policies. Passionate Poodles is not responsible for their content, availability, policies, or actions.
