Passionate Poodles is a family-run Toy Poodle breeding program in Conestoga, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Sam and Sylvia Fisher have spent nearly eight years thoughtfully raising Toy Poodles with a focus on health, temperament, breed standard, and the affectionate companion qualities families love.
Our puppies are raised in a dedicated, climate-controlled puppy facility attached to our home, where every litter receives attentive daily care, gentle handling, early socialization, and regular grooming exposure. Keeping our program small allows us to stay personally involved from birth through go-home day and give each puppy the strong foundation they need for life with their new family.

A small program, run by one family
Passionate Poodles is owned and operated by Sam and Sylvia Fisher in Conestoga, Pennsylvania. We personally care for every litter from birth through go-home day, keeping our program small enough to give each puppy consistent, hands-on attention as they grow.
Our puppies are raised in a dedicated, climate-controlled puppy facility attached to our home, where they receive daily care, gentle handling, early socialization, and regular grooming exposure. Because the facility is right here with us, we remain closely involved in every stage of their development.
Sylvia also owns and operates Happy Paws Grooming, giving our puppies early experience with brushing, handling, and routine coat care before they leave for their new families.
Health comes first
Our puppies receive attentive veterinary care, age-appropriate vaccinations, and a thorough vet check before going home. We also use documented health and genetic testing within our breeding program and back each puppy with a 2-year genetic health guarantee.

Our puppies are raised in a dedicated, climate-controlled facility attached to our home, where they receive daily handling, early socialization, and consistent care throughout their first 10 weeks.
